A modest fund was available to graduates of the workshop series in order to support their campaign efforts. It was used to develop and reproduce campaign materials, or to mount special events. The solution has been developed for stakeholders with smaller budgets. Even groups with budgets as low as 5,000 USD allowed sites to run campaigns.

Large budgets are not always barriers - creativity and inventiveness allow activities to be implemented at minimal cost, but campaign teams need seed money to get their activities underway.
