Experienced Dryland Ecosystems Restoration Specialist with a proven 90% success rate in desert restoration projects. From January 2019 to December 2024, I built my foundational expertise at Sustainable Environment and Economic Development
(SEED project), then I moved to Wadi NGO until December 2024. and now I worked at Green Generation Foundation as Arid Ecosystem Restoration Specialist.
Through my career, I leaded the production of over 1.4 million native seedlings and establishing 6 native plant nurseries across Jordan. I currently apply and expand this expertise in my role as a Dryland Ecosystems Restoration Specialist at the Green Generation Foundation (GGF).
My work combines advanced water harvesting techniques with native plant propagation to transform degraded landscapes into thriving ecosystems. I have empowered over 3,000 community members, with a focus on women and girls, through training in sustainable environmental practices. My consultancy work spans multiple countries, including recent work as an Environmental Consultant and Trainer with GEBAL EGYPT, developing innovative solutions for ecosystem restoration in challenging environments.
My professional development includes the Seminar of Energy Technology for Development Countries in China (Chengdu & Inner Mongolia) May-June 2025, the USFS NGO Network Leadership Study Tour in the USA (October 2023), the Green Cities Study Tour focusing on rooftop gardens and hydroponic systems in Egypt (January 2020), and participation in the Global Dryland Conference in Cape Town (September 2019). I am passionate about creating sustainable environmental impacts that support community development and am seeking new challenges to apply my specialized knowledge.
