Bruce is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background encompassing artistry, entrepreneurship, finance, and scientific research. He is also an accomplished author, having penned six scientific articles, including the notable August 30, 2022, publication titled "An Examination and a Solution to Replace the Use of Mercury in Artisanal Ore Processing," featured as a preprint in the Journal of Cleaner Production on ResearchGate, a prominent scientific community boasting over 30 million members and hosting 135 million publications.

Graduating with a Master's in Science from Simon Fraser University in 1980, Bruce embarked on a notable seven-year tenure at Moli Energy Limited© (MoLi©), now known as E-One MOLICEL®. During this time, he played a pivotal role in the research and development of the world's first rechargeable lithium molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) intercalation battery compound, contributing significantly to battery electrolyte research and testing.

Bruce also served as Marketing Director for 2 years where he successfully secured Moli Energy's first battery contract with the US Military and participated in the company's public listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange, accompanied by a groundbreaking $250 million CDN capital raise. In July, 1986, MoLi© team members distinguished with the Canada Awards for Excellence in the Invention category.

Subsequently, Bruce dedicated his efforts to serving as interim President/CEO for numerous public companies, driving value through strategic acquisitions and financing initiatives. Notably, he spearheaded the financing and listing of technology companies on both the Vancouver Stock Exchange and the US OTC Markets Platform, leveraging his expertise to create value for both private and public shareholders.

In recent years, Bruce has focused on researching the South American mining sector, culminating in his current role as President/CEO of Manipueira Gold Recovery Technology, Inc. (formerly Alchemy Mining Group, Inc.). Under Bruce's leadership, Manipueira aims to revolutionize the mining industry by converting traditional mercury amalgamation processing centers into sustainable precious metals leaching facilities. Leveraging manipueira, an extract solution from the cyanogenic bitter cassava plant, as a lixiviant, the company offers a safer and more efficient alternative to mercury and cyanide salts, promising to reshape the future of gold ore processing in both large-scale and artisanal mining sectors.

With a comprehensive skill set spanning financial transactions, marketing, corporate governance, and capital raising, Bruce brings invaluable expertise to this ESG-driven climate action initiative, poised to address pressing environmental concerns while driving sustainable innovation in the mining industry.
