Conservation and eco-tourism consultant - Tulukani Adventures

Industry leader in Zambia focused on IUCN green List, sustainable eco-tourism, adventure tourism, environmental education and economic empowerment programs within the Zambian tourism industry.

Now the IUCN Green List Site mentor for Zambia, Paula started in Zambia running an ecolodge and environmental education centre on the Zambezi river, with her husband Dr. Sven Vrdoljak.
After 6 years of running the lodge, the couple expanded to run a second company, Tulukani Adventures, specialising in integrated tourism products delivering team building, Duke of Edinburgh International Award adventurous journeys and adventure tourism all over Zambia.

Through this work, Tulukani provides sustainable livelihoods to rural Zambian people that support conservation and delivers low-impact, transformational experiences for local youth and tourists.

Paula serves on various committees and boards to do with tourism and conservation in Zambia and is often consulted at National level on matters of policy and industry governance.

With a strong background in corporate education management, Paula gained years of senior management experience at CityVarsity, School of Media and Creative Arts and through her career in the South African advertising industry prior to moving to Zambia.
