Rodgers Lubilo is a conservation and rural development Expert from Zambia. He has 25 years of working in community led conservation in Southern Africa- especially in Zambia, Namibia, Bostwana, Mozambique and South Africa. He is a champion of community rights to benefit from conservation. Chairs Zambia CBNRM Forum and Community Leaders Network of Southern Africa- a leading voice for local communities and indigenous peoples in the region. He specializes in governance and institutional development, and is good at providing leadership, and political roles and training field staff through change management- mentorship, coaching, and training.
