Evergreen

Prestige Evergreen is the second phase of the expansive Prestige Raintree Park township, a premium residential development by the Prestige Group in Whitefield, East Bangalore. This phase offers 1,520 spacious apartments in configurations of 3, 3.5, 4, and 5 BHK, with unit sizes ranging from 2,004 sq ft to 3,698 sq ft. The development spans 28 acres within the larger 125-acre integrated township.

Phase 1 of Prestige Raintree Park is already underway, occupying 21 acres and comprising 10 high-rise towers, each structured as 2 basements + ground + 19 floors. Apartments in this phase are priced between ₹2.59 crore and ₹4.5 crore.
