I am a medical doctor and public health expert. I have been working in Public Health programs for over 20 years, mainly in sub-Saharan Africa where I was involved in Sexual and Reproductive Health, Health System Strengthening and Community Health. Over the past decade I've developed a strong passion for One Health, which I see as ideal approach to achieving global health and sustainable development. I support the operationalisation of One Health in pastoralist communities of East Africa and promote the integration of One Health in conservation and biodiversity projects in Southeast Asia. I'm an independent consultants collaborating with Amref Health Africa, WWF, GIZ  and international agencies to support the sustainable implementation of One Health at the ground level.
