Tu is now working as a Biodiversity Coordinator for IUCN Vietnam, where he is responsible for biodiversity-related portfolio of the organization in the country. Tu is now also acting as National Coordinator for IUCN Green List programme in Vietnam, where he also provide support to expand the programme to other countries in Indo-Burma region.
