Dr. Su is a senior Water Resources Engineer Specialized in stormwater management, planning, design and O&M.  He is a Diplomate of Water Resources Engineer and Founding member of American Academy of Water Resources Engineers (AAWRE).  Dr. Su has conducted hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analysis, land development planning, grading and drainage designs, erosion and sedimentation control designs, stormwater pollution prevention, stormwater quantity and quality models, low impact development (LID), and best management practice (BMP) design for various sites and various clients in the United States.  He also led R&D teams and engineering teams to conduct R&D and Sponge City construction projects in China, with special emphasis on green infrastructures, pervious pavers and underground stormwater storage structures, as well as studied manufactured stormwater treatment devices, and environmental policy. Dr. Su cattily involved in promoting Sponge City international collaboration on sustainable stormwater management.
