Building on the wealth of existing local, national and regional best practices, PANORAMA One Health promotes preventative solutions to reduce disease risk, increase resilience and maintain people, animal and environmental health alike. The session will feature solution providers and guest speakers from the PANORAMA Species Conservation and One Health Communities.

The clinics will will run from Tuesday, July 19th and Wednesday, July 20th from 18 to 18.40  and Thursday, July 21 from 17.30 to 18.30 at the ESARO Regional Observatory Pavilion.

Beyond being a knowledge resource,  PANORAMA case study portfolio provides practical evidence of what works in conservation and the importance of African protected and conserved areas for human development. Participants will learn about a resource that provides access to existing 1000+ good practices and the opportunity to give visibility to one’s own work. The clinics are relevant for professionals interested in knowledge management, learning and project design. For more information about the session write to .

Technical event : "Solutions uptake - integrating PANORAMA One Health considerations into Protected Areas planning " (TBC)  on Friday, July 22th from

12:00 to 14:00

This knowledge café (coffee will be served) will be a live discussion on how to best integrate One Health into protected areas planning, management and monitoring. Solutions providers from the continent will address meaningful ways to do so and you can be part of the discussion and share your idea too.

Why attend? PANORAMA – Solutions for a Healthy Planet is a partnership initiative, which identifies and promotes examples of tested and replicable “solutions” and enables their wider application through offering cross-sectoral global exchange opportunities, thus facilitating peer to peer learning from successful practice in biodiversity conservation.
