Dr. Mircea Constantinescu is also the Director of the European Tourism Academy, the European Diplomatic Academy-the house of Europe`s future diplomats.
Professor Dr. Mircea Constantinescu is a member in the board of the Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation of Romania and in the Executive Board of the European Council on Tourism and Trade.
