Biologist / PhD candidate

I am a Biologist, with a masters degree in Freshwater Biology in the National Institute for Amazonian Research - INPA (2015). Now I am a PhD candidate in Ecology at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte - UFRN. I have experience in the ecology of aquatic mammals and my main research interests include conservation of biodiversity, sirenians, reintroduction, telemetry and ethnobiology. I am also vice-president of Friends of the Manatee Association - AMPA, a non-governmental organization associated with the Aquatic Mammals Lab of INPA.
