Coordinator of Conservation Units and Biodiversity Management

Environmental Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT) in 2006, with a Master's degree in Natural Resource Management and Local Development in the Amazon from the Federal University of Para (UFPA), completed in 2016. Holds postgraduate degrees in Environmental Management and Planning, as well as in Geoprocessing and Georeferencing of Rural Properties.

Currently serves as Concession and Forest Grant Auditor at the State Secretariat for the Environment of Amapa (SEMA/AP), where he has also held the position of Coordinator of Conservation Units and Biodiversity Management since 2020. He is a full member of the National Forum of Managers of the National System of Nature Conservation Units (SNUC) and the official Focal Point of the Amazon Protected Areas Program (ARPA).

Between 2017 and 2019, he served as Environmental Coordinator at the Municipal Secretariat for the Environment of Pedra Branca do Amapari (AP). He has teaching experience at both technical and higher education levels, having taught subjects such as Socio-environmental Diagnosis, Occupational Environment, Cartography, Topography, Remote Sensing, and Geoprocessing.

He also worked as a Geoprocessing Census Analyst at IBGE/Tocantins (2009–2010) and provided environmental consultancy and technical assistance in Settlement Projects (2006–2009), preparing Settlement Development Plans (PDA) and Settlement Recovery Plans (PRA), as well as offering technical support to family farmers benefiting from the National Agrarian Reform Program.
