Since 1999 I have been working with country Governments, NGOs and internatinal organizations to develop and implement projects on wildlife and nature-based solutions. Currently I am managing a portfolio of over 30 projects working on wildlife conservation and threat reduction, integration of biodiversity principles into agriculture and spatial planning, sustainable management of marine, peatland, forest, dryland, desert and grassland ecosystems in Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia.
