I have a multidisciplinary profile ranging from environmental science to public program analysis. I hold a doctorate (PhD) in environmental management with a specialization in forest policy, forest management, international nature conservation, regional planning and climatology at the, and a Diploma of Forest and Water Engineer. Additionally, I hold a Master Degree in Public Administration with specialization in analysis and evaluation of public programs.

I have more than twenty years of work experience in forest management, nature conservation, program management, public administration, development of policy and strategies, especially in Central Africa and Congo Basin. For instance, I held the positions of Technical Director responsible for the management and development of protected areas at the Central African Protected Areas Network (RAPAC) in Libreville and subsequently Executive Secretary of the same organization for five years.

I have a good experience in the management of large projects and programs, and in development of dialogue at all levels with country, regional and international stakeholders. I have good knowledge of the forest and land use management issues in Central Africa. I have collaborated with main actors in nature conservation and landscape management in Central Africa i.e. national institutions of 10 countries (Burundi, Cameroon, CAR, Chad, Congo, DRC, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe), Ghana and Côte-d'Ivoire; regional institutions and initiatives (ECCAS, CEMAC, COMIFAC, CBFP/PFBC, RIFFEAC,
