I am a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at the Future Community Foundation grassroot development initiative measuring the impacts of project being implemented by government and international institutions in Zambia. I have worked for over six years in development in Africa, with a particular focus on facilitating participatory and learning-oriented processes of change in enterprise development, agriculture, nutrition, climate, vulnerable children, and HIV/AIDS. Whilst I graduated from the University of Zambia with the Bachelors of Degree in Education Administration and Management, he has attended multiple short study programmes including Managing for sustainable development Impact. My expertise lies in (participatory) planning, monitoring and evaluation-managing for impact, and multi-stakeholder processes and social learning.
