Worked 35 years in the department of Agriculture , Govt. of nagaland , India under various capacities and was  involved in various types of assignments including R&D, HRD, admin, Farm mangement, Laboratories and Rural development including implementation, monitoring and evaluation of various schemes and programmes of govt of India. Developed and learned skills and knowledges working with the indigenous tribal communities of Nort east india and was also associated with Giz project on CCA- NER.
