I am Qifang Tan, a female professional with over a decade of experience in commercial and business development, spanning diverse industries such as cosmetics, luxury goods, and wines. I hold an MBA in Marketing and Management of Luxury Industries, and a bachelor's degree in the French language from Beijing and Paris, which has enriched my cultural acumen and linguistic fluency. During this year I have honed my digital marketing skills with course completion, and I am currently learning project management. 

I am thrilled to embark on my role as a Temporary Grant Coordination Assistant at IUCN. In this position, I collaborate with the SCA's Communications Officer to streamline all IUCN project grants on the newly developed project portal. My mission is to establish a mechanism and guidance materials to improve the Team's coordination with grantees. Additionally, I will also be involved in administering and updating IUCN’s new grant management portal, developing coordination procedures to manage IUCN grantee requests, and ensuring information processes and reporting deadlines are met. Last but not least, I will provide research and communications support for fundraising activities.
