Raphael  is an Irrigation and water Management specialist working with Mwimba College of Agriculture in Kasungu, Malawi. He is one of the climate and sustainable agriculture champion who has a track record of implementing projects in sustainable management of Mwimba forest, water reservoir routing and management, sustainable management of irrigation systems, design and installation of irrigation and water management. Raphael believes that the ecosystem is balanced, what ever happens to nature is a consequence of what is put in it. Hence, with a good mindset of the inhabitants of the earth, effects of climate change are reversible and continual benefit of Nature can be felt to the human kind. "The biggest entry point in managing nature is to see how to meet necessities of inhabitants so that they can appreciate the existence of it," Thats what Raphael believes sustainability can be approached.
