My passion is researching on and communicating about coastal and marine productivity, biodiversity and resources therein. I aspire to strengthen the linkage between communities that reside adjacent to the coastal and marine environment and resources therein in cognisant to their cultural and traditional knowledge. My motivation is that through scientific research output, the communities will be better informed to continue to appreciate, protect and use these resources sustainably for their livelihood.
