Land Use & Statutory Planning Northern Region \ Previously Area Chief Ranger Northern Hume

I have worked in public land management since 1991 where I began my career working in the Warby Range and Lower Ovens. I established the Broken Boosey State Park system and implemented the Victorian Environment Councils Box Iron-bark recommendations. I spent four years phasing out grazing and managing encroachments in Victoria's Red Gum Park system before becoming Area Chief Ranger working on the establishment of Barmah National Park with the Yorta Yorta Aboriginal Corporation and establishing Warby Ovens National Park and Lower Goulburn National Park in alignment with the Victorian Environmental Assessment Council River Red Gum Recommendations. I managed Chiltern Mt Pilot National Park and hundreds of other smaller Natural Feature, Nature Conservation and Wildlife Reserve. I have a background in public land policy, legislation and compliance and emergency management.
