1.Establishing Co-management Mechanisms: The reserve and surrounding communities have jointly established a Community Co-management Committee, creating a smooth platform for communication and collaboration. Through regular joint meetings, they collectively formulate and implement natural resource management plans, ensuring that communities have the right to know, participate, and supervise in conservation and development matters.
2.Nature Education and Ecological Awareness Raising: Actively hosts thematic research and investigation teams totaling over 100,000 participants from inside and outside the province, promoting its role as one of Sichuan's second batch of National Youth Nature Education Green Camps.

1.Discovery and Documentation of Rare Species: Through regular monitoring, new species records are continually discovered, such as the first photographic records of the nationally protected Class II plants Cypripedium henryi (绿花杓兰) and Cypripedium japonicum (扇脉杓兰) in 2025, and the first record of the nationally protected Class II wildlife Pucrasia macrolopha (勺鸡) in 2025.
2.Scientific Research Platform Development: Collaborates with institutions like Sichuan University of Arts and Science to build research platforms, with plans to establish long-term field observation stations, large ecological community plots, and environmental monitoring stations.
1.Zoning Management Strategy: The reserve is divided into core, buffer, and experimental zones, with differentiated management measures applied accordingly.
2.Coordinated Protection Network: Establishes a three-dimensional protection network of "Zoned Management + Community Patrols + Digital Surveillance" to ensure the security of forest resources.
3.Patrolling Mechanism: Four grassroots management stations within the reserve, staffed with 5-6 patrolling personnel, adhere to a work model of "monthly plans, daily assignments, and mid-month summaries" for routine patrols.
