Human Rights-Based Approaches for Biodiversity and Climate Action

The HRBA Solution Compilation on PANORAMA - Solutions for a Healthy Planet brings together a selection of existing examples that illustrate how human rights principles can enhance biodiversity and climate action. These solutions highlight inclusive and equitable approaches that strengthen governance, promote participation, and uphold accountability in environmental decision-making.

Curated in connection with the event From Dialogue to Action: Advancing a Human Rights-Based Approach for Biodiversity and Climate (Panama, 2025), the compilation underscores the growing convergence between human rights and environmental practice. It provides a foundation for the emerging HRBA Community of Practice, fostering shared learning and collaboration towards transformative, rights-based action for people and nature.
